Since the end of September, all companies interested in organizing their COVID-safe event, can have a place enabled for it in the Sotavento area in Palexco, with incredible views to the Coruña Marina.
Palexco, in collaboration with Tesec, is committed to this space called “The Corner”, which complies with all security measures and adapts to the requirements of new formats, favoring the celebration of live events with reduced capacity, online or hybrids; and a dedicated technical and audiovisual production that will allow its retransmission with the maximum image and sound quality.
A set with a creative design that allows hosting events with live streaming, streming 4G, via satellite, webinar events, online congresses, hybrid events, and any other format that requires the combination of live and digital media.
In addition, Palexco and Tesec will offer different scenographies with all the equipment necessary regarding lighting, sound, projection, realization and sets.
In this way, Palexco reinvents itself, adapting to the new needs originated by the current situation and the reduction of capacity, promoting MICE tourism and supporting the tourist and cultural sector of the city.
This new corner, together with the rest of the rooms and large-capacity auditoriums, make the Palace de Congresos de Coruña the perfect place to organize events with the legally authorized capacity, with all the guarantees of distances and safety that the COVID situation requires.
Palexco has a very demanding contingency plan that covers all aspects referred to in the hygienic-sanitary regulations for the prevention of COVID-19 and already has the distinctive “Responsible Tourism” from the Secretary of State for Tourism.
