Comar Group has taken control of the company Gallega de Juegos S.A., owned up until now by the Vigo native Alejandro Fernández Figueroa, who has been based in Brazil for several years.
Thus, Fernández Figueroa brought an end to the operation of one of the last businesses that he had in Galicia: the bingo halls and recreational rooms, located in Vigo and Pontevedra.
The total staff of Gallega de Juegos, who now becomes part of the Comar Group, numbers more than fifty workers as of the end of 2016.
Fernández Figueroa had served as the sole administrator of Gallega de Juegos S.A. until now and the business had activated an operation for capital decrease and further expansion, for an amount close to one million and one hundred thousand euros.
